The Marketing Cloud Self-help Guides are always being updated. Not finding what you believe should be in them? Let the Marketing Cloud admins know, and they will review and get it added.

Marketing Cloud User Group

This is a University-wide resource for anyone using Marketing Cloud. It is a free group that strives to provide tools and information that will help any user be successful with Marketing Cloud.

Marketing Cloud End User Training

We are offering a handful of dates this spring semester for end user training. This class will introduce you to how to use the tool, including how to create an email within Content Builder. Please use this link to see available sessions to sign up for: https://training.umn.edu/courses/11801

Marketing Cloud Google Group  

Because we have many wonderful users, you may find answers to your questions by searching within the Google group. If not, we strongly encourage you to post to the group, as we want to help and support each other with the tool. This group also features an awesome tip of the week—like this one ;). If you don’t have access to the Google group, email [email protected], and one of your friendly Marketing Cloud admins will get you added.  

Marketing Cloud Admins

If you have exhausted your other resources/searches, then email your Marketing Cloud admins for all general help, 1:1 session/training, or other questions at [email protected]. For a timely response, please provide the following:

• Name of the business unit you are working within
• If related to email and or template, please provide name
• If related to data extension or list, please provide name
• If related to an error, please provide a screenshot (if possible) and steps you took that triggered the error
• Details on any troubleshooting steps you have already tried
